My passion for childcare began at an early age, growing up in a large family where caring for children came naturally to me. What started as a genuine love for nurturing young minds grew into a rewarding career that continues to inspire me.
With over nine years of professional nanny experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families, celebrating children’s milestones, and building meaningful relationships along the way. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the trust parents place in those who care for their children.
Driven by my passion and firsthand experience in childcare, I founded Nova Nannies to bring a more personal, thoughtful approach to nanny placement. My vision is to help families find exceptional caregivers through a seamless, supportive experience tailored to their unique needs.
For more than eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a professional nanny for families throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. During that time, I’ve cared for children through many different stages of development and worked alongside families with unique routines, parenting styles, and expectations.
Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the trust parents place in the people they welcome into their homes.
