Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional childcare experience
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong professional childcare references
- CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain certification before placement)
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
